- Katherine F. Bussiere, age 89 of Halfmoon, passed away on December 9, 2015. Born on July 2, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Ford Milkins. She was predeceased by her first husband, Edward Nadler, husband John Jack Bussiere, daughter, Linda (Nadler) Keniry, son-in-law Patrick Keniry, step-son Roger Bussiere, sister Olive Philo, brothers, Morton, William, Charles, Vernon, Oliver, Jesse, and Sherwood Milkins, and grandson Paul Keniry. Katherine learned to play the guitar at a very young age. She performed with a country music duo alongside her brother Jess at local venues and on radio stations. Later, she became a manager of several retail stores in Latham and Clifton Park. She was most known for her work with her husband at his television sales and repair business; Jacks TV, in Halfmoon for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (John) Humphrey, her sister-in-law, Eeleen (George) Williams, grandchildren Jack Keniry, Jonathan Stephenson, Kayla Stephenson, Robin DiScipio, and Jessica Sardella, and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service at 1 p.m. at the Catricala Funeral Home Inc. 1597 Route 9, Clifton Park. A private graveside service will be in Clifton Park Village Cemetery.
