She was a daughter of Theophile and Helena Busiere. She married Victor Swigris in Peoria in Sept. 1946. Surviving are her husband; one son, Craig Underwood of Peoria; three brothers, Lucian, Maurice, and Leonard Busiere, all of Terre Haute, Ind.; and five sisters, Mrs. William Elder, also of Terre Haute, Ind., Mrs. Leo Kerby of Jacksonville, Ark., and Mrs. Joseph Matarelli, Mrs. Kenneth Stokes and Mrs. Walter Kennedy, all of Peoria.
