- Germaine E. Bussiere, 92, of Jacksonville, AR went home to be with the Lord, Sunday September 9, 2007 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was born April 19, 1915 in Manchester, New Hampshire to the late Thomas and Florida Bellerose Martel. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Romeo H. Bussiere in 1982, three brothers; Ralph, Thomas and Roger Martel and two sisters; Rita Bilodeau and Jeanne Therrien. Mrs. Bussiere resided in Manchester for seventy years after which time she moved to Jacksonville to live with her daughter and son-in-law, Pauline and Robert Boucher. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville. She was an active volunteer for the Red Cross and Rebsamen Hospital Auxiliary where she was the Volunteer of the year in 1990. She was also a member of the Jacksonville Senior Center. Survivors include her daughter, Pauline Boucher and her husband Robert of Jacksonville, three sisters; Marie Therrien of Manchester, Dora Raymond of Manchester, and Cecile Rogers of Dover, NH, two brothers; Sam Martel of Goffstown, NH and Raymond Martel of Manchester, two grandchildren; Robert Boucher and wife Julie of California and Dennis Boucher and wife Mary of Virginia, one great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Boucher, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family in New Hampshire. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 14, 2007 at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Arkansas with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Christian mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday September 15, 2007 at the church. Burial will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, NH, Saturday 22, 2007 at 9:30 a.m.
