- Lewiston J. Conrad R. H «Pete» Bussiere, 58, died Tuesday at Central Maine Medical Center. He was born in Lewiston, June 23, 1932, the son of Léo and Clara Cote Bussiere. He was educated in Lewiston schools and graduated from Lewiston High School with the class of 1950. Mr. Bussière served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years and saw duty in the Korean conflict and Vietnam War. He was a membrer of St. Mary's parish and a former member of the American Legion Post 158 of Lisbon. He i5 survived by a sister, Mrs. Maurice (Jeannette) Lamontagne of DelCity, Okla.; and three brothers,Angelo J. and Lionel A., both of Lewiston, and Joseph L. of Exeter, N.H. Committal services were held Thrusday morning at St. Peter's Cemetery Mausoleum, following prayers at the Fortin Funeral Home. The Rev. Herve Carrier officiated. The pall bearers were Angelo, J. Roger, Lionel and Maurice Bussiere and Armand Samson.
