- Leland Richard Bussiere (October 31, 1962 - February 16, 2013)
Leland Richard Bussiere, 50 years old of Westminster, died Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
Born October 31, 1962 in Attleboro, MA., he was the son of Rosemary Dismore Bussiere and the late Phillip R. Bussiere.
He was the husband of Virginia ``Ginny`` Schuler Bussiere.
He was involved with the Boy Scouts of America, a founding member of Troop #2007 of Westminster, an avid outdoorsman, and was extensively involved as a member of Grace Bible Church, including several mission trips around the world, and held various positions on the Church Board. He enjoyed helping people in need, using his construction skills.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by 2 sons, Nicholas Paul and Joshua Peter Bussiere, 4 siblings, Bruce Bussiere of Canton, Conn., Neil Bussiere of Calabasas, CA., Lori Hoyle and Wendy Buchanan, both of Wrentham, MA. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Friends may call on Monday, the 18th, from 5 to 9 PM at the Grace Bible Church, 3250 Charmil Dr. Manchester, MD 21102.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, 11:00 AM at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to one of the following: Grace Bible Church, American Cancer Society or Gideons International.
Interment Private.
