Born in Lewiston on Aug. 12, 1922 a son of Joseph and Augustine Bilodeau Bussiere he was educated in Lewiston schools. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of Holy Family Parish and enjoyed going to Range Pond to meet family and friends, golfing, skiing with his granddaughters, playing cards, reading and being a handyman.
In 1961, after the death of his sister Bertha, Henry and Yvonne took over the responsibility of overseeing the care of her ten children. One of their nieces Carol moved in with them at that time. Over the years many of Bertha?s children lived with Henry and Yvonne. He is survived by his wife, the former Yvonne Boutin of Lewiston, whom he married May 28, 1955; nieces and spouses, Carol and Jay Bernard, Nancy Jackson, Sonia and Raymond Dallaire, Donna Serog; his nephews and spouses, Edwin and Carol, Norman and Linda, Ronald and Jeannine, Michael and Anne Caron, and Danny and Rita and John and Cathy Johansen; his grandaughters, Kristen and Carrie Bernard; sister, Collette Martin and husband, Marcel; sisters-in-law, Rose Lebrun and Jeannette Sinotte; brother-in-law Lucien Boutin and many nieces & nephews.
